Welcome to Trackline Academy. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Trackline Academy ("Trackline Academy," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, starting a course, or purchasing an upgrade, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we offer

Trackline Academy is an independent training provider. We publish self-paced online courses (videos, readings, exercises, quizzes, exams, and a certificate of completion) about third-party AI tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, or any tool we teach. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Not professional advice

Our courses are for general training and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete information, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on. You use any AI tool under that tool's own terms and at your own risk.

3. Your account

Keep your login and any license keys confidential, because they are for your personal use only. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free and paid access; refunds

The fundamentals of each course are free. An optional one-time upgrade unlocks the full course, the prompt library, and the certification exam, and an All-Access Pass covers every course. Prices are shown at checkout. Paid upgrades come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email info@tracklinesolutions.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

5. Feedback

We want the courses to keep getting better. Please reach out if you have feedback so we can improve the product.

6. Your license to use the content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share, sublicense, publicly post, or redistribute the content, your account, or your license keys, and you may not use the content to build a competing product.

7. Our intellectual property

You agree not to reproduce course materials, the Trackline Academy name, or logo without express written consent.

8. Acceptable use

The purpose of this tool is to help others use AI for good. Please do not misuse the site. That means no scraping or automated harvesting, no attempts to break, overload, or circumvent security or the paywall, no reverse engineering, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

9. Third-party services and tools

The site relies on third-party providers (for example, payment processing, email delivery, data storage, and hosting) and teaches third-party AI tools. Those providers and tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Trackline Academy is not responsible for how any third party uses your data. We are also not responsible for changes third parties make to the tools we teach. Our Privacy Policy lists the providers we use, with links to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The site and courses are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free, current, or will produce any particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackline Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a course will not exceed the amount you paid us for that course in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms or the courses from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to re-confirm your agreement. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
